  Q: How do I navigate the Buyers Advantage site?
   
 

There are many different ways to successfully navigate the site:

Homepage
Wherever you are within the Buyers Advantage site, you can always go back to the Buyers Advantage homepage simply by clicking the large Buyers Advantage logo, located in the upper left hand corner of every page.

Footer
When you need additional information, the footer navigation bar, located on the bottom of every page within the Buyers Advantage site, has what you need. You can choose from seven different helpful areas:

 • Help – for links to a variety of informative areas within the Buyers Advantage site
 • Resources & Solutions – find answers to frequently asked questions and direct links to the information
   you need most
 • Contact Us – provides important email addresses and phone numbers
 • My Profile – gives members access to account information including username and password
 • About Us – learn more about Trilegiant Corporation and the different products we offer
 • Security & Privacy – review privacy policies and procedures
 • Terms & Conditions – access information pertaining to the different legal aspects of the Buyers Advantage site

My Profile
As a member, you can access your account information by simply clicking on "My Profile" in the top navigation area, or in the footer navigation bar (on the bottom of every page). In "My Profile", you can update and change your personal information.

Sign-in
To begin your member session, simply click on "Sign-in" located in the top navigation area on every page within the Buyers Advantage site.

Member Benefits
To learn more about the great benefits of membership, click on any of the benefits located in the top navigation bar on every page within the Buyers Advantage site: Warranty Extension Protection, Return Guarantee Protection, Repair Cost Protection, and New Purchase Price Protection.

Right away! You'll receive membership materials by mail within 10-15 business days, giving all the benefit details. If you don't receive this material, contact customer service at service@buyersadvantage.com or call us at 1-800-553-4948.

  Q: Is my family covered with my Buyers Advantage membership?
 
Yes! Your immediate household is included – for one low fee. There's no extra cost for them to enjoy all the savings Buyers Advantage gives you.

  Q: How do I print online Claim Forms?
 
 You must be a member, and logged into the website in order to access a claim form. To receive your refund, you must first fill out a request form. You can either access the forms online by downloading the Adobe Acrobat version or by contacting Customer Service via phone at 1-800-553-4948.

  Q: How do I make a Warranty Extension Protection claim?
 
You must be a member, and logged into the website in order to access a claim form. Simply print out a Warranty Extension Protection claim form or give us a call within 30 days of the item breaking so that we can send a claim form to you. Then take the item anywhere you would like to have it repaired once the claim is approved. Buyers Advantage will send you a check for the total paid repair bill up to $5,000.00 per claim. You will be asked to send us the completed claim form and a copy of the purchase receipt, the paid repair bill, and the original manufacturers’ U.S. warranty.

  Q: What items are covered under New Purchase Price Protection?
 
Virtually all-new, manufactured items purchased in any retail or U.S.-based mail order company in the original, factory-sealed packaging are eligible. Some examples of covered items: clothing, toys, furniture, books and electronic items, etc. Certain items not covered include motorized vehicles and their parts, live animals, food and beverages, live plants, services, jewelry, tickets, negotiable instruments and one-of-a-kind items.

  Q: Are there any other restrictions on New Purchase Price Protection coverage?
 
Yes. New Purchase Price Protection does not cover items that are returned to the store for a credit.

  Q: Can I do my own repairs?
 
Yes. You can only make a claim for the price of parts if you make the repair yourself.
